THE BAG FACTORY.This Burcham Bagger is the only sandbag filling machine on the market today that both fills the sandbag, and sews it shut. This machine can fill any open mouth bag – no need for expensive specialty sandbags.
Operating the Burcham Bagger is as simple as lifting a bag to the spout. The Burcham Bagger will dispense an exact amount of sand and automatically shut off. Need to change the bag weight? Simply adjust the weight dial, and every sandbag will be filled to the new size. No more over filled sandbags that are difficult to handle and impossible to stack!
Once filled, slide the bag onto the lower conveyor belt. The bag will pass through the mounted sewing head permanently sealing the sandbag. Sewing sandbags closed is cheaper than zip ties, faster than hand tying, and stronger than any other method. Sandbags filled and sewn closed are rectangular, and substantially easier to stack than bags with one flat side and one bunched up (tied or ring closed) side.
BAGS MORE THAN JUST SAND.The Burcham Bagger is also used to bag mulch, lava rock, salt, aggregates, and other dry goods. This system sets up a fully functional bagging plant for incredibly low cost. Convert your FIBC bulk bagged goods into smaller (more profitable) bags.
